We two brothers brought up in the same cradle of care;(a)
Separation was not meant for us;(b)
Hand in hand even in tightest mass,(b)
For we were the seeds of the same grass.(b)
The love was intended for a short time- I was left bare.(a)
I wore a coat given by my mother,(c)
A bracelet from my father,(c)
Those were the only gifts in these long twenty years.(c)
Did they prefer one than a pair?(a)
Are brothers not meant to share?(a)
I was possibly one hour older, I guess-
I had to bear for the younger one,
People knew me more than him,
Perhaps they wanted both to be blessed equally.
We two brothers brought up in the same cradle of care;(a)
My wits are confusing me in my own thoughts,(d)
For the job I have done and adore he has got;(d)
I see no tension in his eyebrows,(e)
While my forehead and figure shows,(e)
The anxiety of being adopted; no place for tears, I should be grateful though-
The love was intended for a short time- I was left bare.(a)

Details of the variations in 21 Line Fusion Sonnet invented by Sonnet Mondal:-
It Comprises of a 14 Lines Poem followed by a half sonnet of 7 lines acting as a coda or tail to add additional stability to the poem. Coda is an element frequently used in tailed Sonnets which are normally more than 14 lines. Sonnet starts his Fusion Sonnet presenting a problem or pessimistic tone in the first 8 lines. Sonnet’s Fusion Sonnets draws in the volta or change in tone in a typical style gradually through the 9th and 10th lines where rhetorical questions are presented to the readers to induce a process of thinking in the minds of the readers so that they automatically get the solution to the problem presented through the first 8 lines. Mondal then proceeds with a free flowing verse without rhyming in the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th lines which bears the optimistic tone of the Sonnet.
Next Seven Lines:-The Half Sonnet acting as a coda.
The 14 lines in each case is followed by a half sonnet of 7 lines acting as a coda to add a two dimensional note in the poem, beginning with the same 1st line and ending with the 5th line of the poem.
Liberties:- In the length of lines and Rhyme based upon the closeness of pronunciations. Overlap of rhyming has been seen in some of the poems.
Theme:- 21 Lines Fusion Sonnets deal with heavy and deep themes. Most of the sonnets previously written were penned like lyric poetry but these Fusion Sonnets deal with social themes pointing out at others’ lives.
The word Fusion has been used as the form combines both traditional and modern ways of penning poetry. It follows the tradition of rhyming but discards meter and follows the modern style of penning un-metrical poetry. Further it fuses the specialties of Original Sonnets with tailed Sonnets. Except the strict 14 lines format of Italian and English Sonnets and the iambic metrical variations Sonnet Mondal’s Sonnets encompass all other specialties of Sonnets like Structural specialties, specialties of tailed Sonnets, the optimistic and pessimistic tone of Sonnets and the Volta but in each case Mondal provides them with fresh, original and new specialties.
